Join us in May 2020 for Bienvenue Yoga! Your teacher, Charlotte, trained at Rasa Yoga with master teacher Sianna Sherman. Rasa translates as taste, the juiciness of life - yes! Yoga helps us cultivate awareness. By creating space and ease in the body and mind we discover more opportunities to recognise the wild beauty of this life - easy to see in this corner of the world! So if you love sipping sumptuous wines, feeling the sun sink into your skin, smelling potent cheeses, listening to lulling afternoon breezes or watching white clouds float lazily by - you're a super-advanced yogi in Charlotte's eyes.
The morning sessions will allow you to wake and stretch and greet the day, uniting movement with breath, easing into gently vigorous vinyasa flows to leave you energised and bright for your adventures.The evening sessions are an invitation to unwind, to let go of the day, to slip into the softness of the evening, to unfurl into the night.
