Our Story

Having spent seven years in London enjoying the city lights, we decided the time had come to swap the hustle and bustle of town for the space and freedom of the south of France.

Being foodies ourselves we wanted to set up courses that allowed people to learn whilst enjoying all the best bits of the Dordogne - good food, delicious wine, fantastic scenery and winding down the day watching the sunset.

At the heart of what we offer is the chance to be taken on a culinary extravaganza, guaranteed to get your taste buds tingling - whether that be truffle hunting early in the year, cheese making, baking french bread, mushroom picking and identification, wine tasting, walnut harvesting and pressing; the exact tour will depend on the season. Our courses also take in visits to the local markets in historic towns such as Brantôme and Périgueux.
